New interior mods w/pics

Recently ordered a Streamlight Stinger from the cornwell tools guy, a little steep in the price range but well worthy. its half the size of a mag light and a tenth of the weight. it also has a mountable car charger and a spare battery that charges while the other is being used.

also added in a garmin nuvi 250 and another new alpine head unit.

any questions, feel free to ask. enjoy

i have a pair of Streamlight Stinger XT's. I think they are a LOT more powerful than a MagLite. I didn't know that they had a mountable car charger though. Where did you purchase it?

I've had mine 1 entire year this month. It has gotten me out of a lot of trouble, I use it for everything, seeing as most the stuff I do is at night. I am HARD on flashlights, and this one has made it thus far, I go through regular maglights all the time though

I have a stinger and when im not on ride a longs its sitting on the dock under my bed. Never thought to put it in my truck the only thing that bothers me is the potential for theft. I dont want my 100 dollar light stolen because its in the open.

thanks guys.

i'm not too worried about the theft aspect, due to the fact that if they take the light.. they'll probably take everything else. which is insured. cocky way to look at it. but it helps me sleep at night.lol

I keep a yellow Polystinger made by Streamlight in my truck and have another black one for work. I have a cigar corded plug in charger in my truck so if I need to charge while driving I can. I love it for the little size but my Surefire 6P Defender is a much smaller and nicer light. Also check out opticsplanet.com they have good prices and usually free shipping on the lights and chargers..

the stinger is awesome, i use mine everyday at work.. but i have the LED... i think they have better light output..

Depending on how long you've had it, the push button on those go bad.. had to send mine, my bosses, my old bosses, my other techs in because the switch messed up
