New To Me Meats

Today I scored some new tires for the ranger. I got 2 nankang mudstar radials and 2 cooper discoverer S/T's. All of them have half tread and got them for 30 bucks each. Im goin from 265's to 285's.

Ill have a pic up in an hour or two. Its nice having a step dad with a mounting and balancing machine haha

These rub at full lock on the sway bar and thats it. It really isnt that bad. I might get some spacers and see if that fixes it.

I thought they rub when flexing but they didnt.

Look good! Cooper STs are great tires.

Maybe turn your wheel the other way?

Haha I came off a curb a little too quick last week and rammed my 31s up into my fender, took a clip off my fender flares but no real damage. I really need to install my lift spindles so I can have my clearance back.

Tried that, ripped off the mudflap, had to stop traffic and have my passenger get out and grab it. It was classic

pfff that mudflap shouldn't be on there anyway! haha, sounds like a good time though.

i'm glad my tire didn't launch my fender flare to Timbuktu haha

I still have it, I accidentally backed up into my grandparents 5th wheel and broke the rear glass so ive been running my hard tonneau cover. Its off in these pics because i had to remove it to pick up the tires. Actually in the tread pic you can see the red of it

I need to get my tires balanced the are LOUD but i think it will all go away with a balancing.

Does anyone have any suggestions on mods? My list is front bumper, rear tire carrier, bedlining to body line, and getting a permanent CB antenna.

I think the front bumper is the main thing. That thing is hideous. Once that's replaced you will be golden.

Also I would either leave the cap off or get it color matched. Unless you actually need it of course.

S/T's are very loud if they didn't get rotated a lot.

I have the S/T's in the front and the mudstar's in the back. I assume id hear the front ones so it might be that too
