The Challenger is as close as anyone has come to the originals Super Cars of the 60’s, they did good !!!
The Mustang is nice but not as close to the original 67/68 Stang as I would have liked.

 

I like the new Challenger a lot better than the new Mustangs

And I agree the Challenger is closer to its original, and looks a lot nicer

Yes design wise the challenger is close to the original however quality wise its far from it. When i worked at the Chrysler dealer we had so many mistakes and f ups from the factory its not even funny, not to mention it is heavy as hell and cheaply put together, and they wonder why Chrysler wasent doing well

 

Anyone seen the new Jeep Grand Cherokee commercial? Also very cool American themed.

Yeah I saw that the other night. It is pretty awesome, I like how they have Dexter (well the guy that plays him) doing the voices in them

 

I did not know that was who that was haha. I knew it sounded familiar.

 

The only thing cool about the commercial is the guy from Dexter.

 

Thats a pretty cool comerical, and I think Ford tried the more retro look with the 04-09 Mustang, I think they are movin in another direction with the style now.

 

/hack Anyone know if a new season of Dexter is coming on? That last episode can't just end like that, it was horrible.

I didn't see the last season, we don't get that channel. My stepmom had recorded them but the DVDs got screwed up....

Definitely a cool show though. When we first discovered it, we watched the full season one day/night. lol

 

Haha yeah I downloaded it all, I don't get HBO/Showtime whatever either. Last season was INTENSE though, I recommend watching it if you get bored and can find it.

Dexter is awesome, along with Justified on FX, sure it has commercials but it is a really good show

Currently they do, I counted transformers as a GM ad though and that was the best ad I have seen

 

Meh I don't know about justified. I am in Harlan county all the time and the people on the show are way too clean/civilized and have too many teeth. lol
Some friends of mine love it but I didn't like the couple of episodes that I watched.
