odd high pitched creaking/vibration when going over bumps

odd high pitched creaking/vibration when going over bumps
ive noticed, with the windows down and especially the rear slider open, when i go over bumps a high pitched sqeaky kind of vibration noise comes from the bed.
i was able to narrow it down a bit more, and noticed it when i use the soft part of my palm to hit the side of the bed above the mud flaps.
it comes from somewhere in there.
is there anything that could be loose thats causing this??
