Odds and Ends after spindles

i went out today and bought a fabtech spindle kit and 4" blocks for the rear, i'm installing them this weekend with my friend who really knows a lot about trucks, i just wanted to double check with you guys...am i gonna need anything else when i install the kit like new ball joints or anything like that? I also saw a thread where a guy was talkin' about needing a drive shaft after a lift...am i gonna need something like that. I'm really new at this and any info you guys can give me would be great.

not after a fabtech spindle lift, just make sure you don't beat on that spindle too much and you should be fine.
