i heard a clunking noise from the rear end and me and craig (05edge) decided to drive it a bit and i thought my driveshaft fell out and dragged but it was this...




after i called AAA i jacked it up and stuck the axles back in so it would fit on the ramp truck

Well if you didn't have work done then probably your c clips broke or the center pin came out somehow. Looks like you will be replacing the axle shafts too. It could have been a lot worse dude.

well, i was runnin 3.73's and i wanted an 8.8 with 4.10's anyways so now i get one

Get a 31 spline from a FX4 or Exploder and get a c clip eliminator kit!

 

well, i kinda needed the truck to go to work at 5:00 tomorrow morning lol, i guess i got to take my dads truck...and it was great i laughed alot!

 

ya mine happened when i was driving home from work at 7:30PM and i had to be at work at 3PM the next day.. got in a new axle by like noon.. lol

The glory of running large tires on a c-clipped axle. C-clip eliminators are going in my 8.8 before it goes into the BII.
