opinions wanted...

so i started painting certain interior pieces black, in my mostly tan interior. i'm pretty much done, but am now stuck on the door panels. i can't decide to keep it tan, or do them both in black. i did the driver side already in black. but i dunno... kinda looks weird to me. it's a little too glossy. maybe im not used to it yet. but here's how it looks. help me decide whether i should strip the paint off of it or keep it.

i never understood why ford made the tan interiors have the black console and steering wheel. they should've kept it all tan.

Call me crazy , but Ive done this also exept for mine is black and OD green , but I think it would look nice if you paint the arm rest on the door panel black also but let the little thin strip between them stay tan that way it looks like full black insert and the tan for trim. I know this is a bad pic but you can kinda see what I mean .

^^^ thats a nice interior. i especially like the gun location. i've made up my mind to strip the paint though. the problem is i used a spray paint specifically for vinyl & fabric on the door. the other pieces i used a bumper trim black spray paint. the one for vinyl & fabric is just too glossy. doesn't match the factory black and the buimper trim black spray paint.

I'm not a fan of the tan handle, but it looks good. I wish I could keep my interior that clean always... just can't seem to find the time to do it.

i used this stuff. i had some left over from repainting my front valance, so i said the heck with it, and surprisingly it matched the ones that were already black. supposed to be tougher, more scratch resistant.
