Painting chrome bumpers?
you'll have to actually get the chrome off first.....sandblasting or media blasting is about the easiest way.....
chrome is not porous enough for paint to stick....even with roughing it up and using primer it will eventually flake off
get the bumper to bare metal and it will stick with no problem

Plasti Dip get it at home depot for $5. just spray it on and your good. i have had no peeling issues so far and if you don't like it you can peel it all off in one piece. I messed up on the front. dumb cat jumped on wet paint... i wouldnt call this stuff paint its like rubber stuff
