What a coincidence that this thread would pop up. I will make my last payment for my truck tomorrow.

When "I" bought the truck my dad put it in his name so the intrest rates would be lower. So when I make my final payment I am going to get a title transfer and put it in my name.

 

All my trucks are paid for, now if I could just get the house paid off too I'd be happy lol.

Well I've got 14 years 3 Months to go but who's counting? Either way its a long *** time lol.

 

I've got $4,300 left on my Ranger until it's paid off.

 

I look back on it now and think to myself that if I would have put $50 a month extra on my payments that it would have been paid off probably a year ago.

 

Around $4000 left to go, going to pay it off this year though.

 

900.00 more to go ill be so glade when it gets payed off lol

I paid mine off in 8 months.

i'm closer then i was 2 years ago. does that count? i know it feels great since i'm getting closer to having more cash. but the warrenty ends next year. then i'm on my own.

i owe 9k i thought about paying it all off then just being kinda broke but, i just refinanced my loan and got a way better interest rate which will also help my credit rating and i still got a good amount of money for either the truck or a new toy.

 

Soo I've had it since, oh, the end of October? Made my first payment December 1st, so I've made 3 payments. I have a little over $10,000, 3 years and 3 months left. Somehow I pulled off 5.85% without a cosigner.

Not as bad as the 'car' payments I'm making on my snap-on box.. I have a little over 2.5 years left on that.. Probably paying more a month than some people do on cheaper cars.


4 years? Damn. I got a 3 1/2 year note. What did you get it for?
