I say V6 Camaro, but make sure you get the 200hp 3.8... the 3.4s are like have a 3.0 in a ranger.
If you can locate a V8 5speed car you will enjoy it. The 3.8s are better than the 305TPIs from the late 80s.
THough to be honest I had a 95Z with a 6-speed and a LT1. With the 3.42 gear I was able to get 29mpg on the Highway doing about 70-75. I sold it for just $5000 miles hurt the value, but that car had 125,000 and took 125hp shots of Nitrous like it was nothing. Just something to think about because forget power... a V6 never sounds like a V8.
