I bought a 2002 Saturday and the seat belt won't go off when the belt is securely latched and the owner said that it would go off spasmotically. Can anyone give me an idea where to start looking? It's obviously not making contact?? TIA

 

in the belt buckle. Check the wiring to the buckle under the seat. Or maybe there is dirt/link in the buckle blocking the contacts.
