not really, its hard to explain, kinda like the cartoons where you see on tv where the colors are not shaded or anything....

same concept as this, but w/ my truck, seems like i seen someone else had a pic of their truck done like what im looking for...

I think he's thinking making it a cartoonish car...like CARS the movie type of cars?

 

im not sure how the other person did it either, or where i seen it done, but it was awesome!

 

If your talking about like this then that takes a LOT of work. The short and simple way to explain it is, you have to outline the whole truck, lights, windows, wheels, grill, etc. by hand with the pen tool. Then you have to outline the highlights and shadows by hand, and after that you color it in.
