Pulling Cab Off

I Know it isnt all that hard to remove the cab but i wondered if there was any tips and tricks to pulling the cab off the truck so i can do some work under there and redoing my rear set-up..

also how heavy is the cab? the truck in question is a 93 ranger reg cab..

what all needs to be disconnected and where is it located...i know all 6 body bolts need removed
main wiring harnesses
shifter linkage what else?
