curb weight should be a truck with all the fluids. its around 3800-4200 for your truck based on options.

i think, someone will probably prove me wrong. lol

edit one source says 3705 for supercab with 6foot style side bed.

For what its worth, when I dropped of steel at the recycler you have to go over the scale. So I figured it out, minus me the '00 2wd standard cab with the 2.5 and 5 speed was just a shade over 3300lbs.

The GCWR of all 2002 4.0L automatics is 9500 pounds (Manuals 4.0L's are 7000). Your S/C 4x4 weighs about 4000~4200 pounds with driver and fuel but without any additional cargo on board.

It's only going to have a few desks in it.. The problem is renting the trailer.. They might argue with me, so I'm looking for as much ammunition as I can get.

my trailer is a 16'Lx6.5'W Car hauler, the actual measurements are 19'L x 86"W? weighs about 1200lbs alone

I dont have any issues pulling it, plenty of power, braking can be some work though.

what are you haulling?

i agree, however, i think the issue here isnt what the truck is capable of but rather what the rental company will allow.
