be prepared to wait about 1-3 weeks for the parts they are painfully slow...

I just googles ARE hard tonneau cover and it was the first result.

Just find the contact number on the site and give them a call requesting replacement parts.

A.R.E. FAQ

Q. Does A.R.E. sell direct to the consumer?

A. A.R.E. sells our products through our authorized dealers, much like truck manufacturers sell their products through dealerships. Most A.R.E. dealers specialize in sales and service of aftermarket accessories. Click here to find your three closest dealers.

^^ from there web site even...

is it just me or is the population of RF not read or listen to advice from members and more?

^^ lol sorry. I didnt have enough time between classes to read it all. Not going to lie but I wouldnt deal with a company that you couldnt call direct for parts or services. I know some prefer to send people to dealers but I would rather deal with the company itself.

Its missing everything but the actual cover any hardware that comes with it is missing.

I wondered why it was free probably cost more than it's worth to get the parts to attach it

Yeah new ARE cover is pricey, so ever if you have to buy ALL the hardware, it will still be cheaper than a new ARE cover. I'm still looking at getting one myself. Finding them for a stepside is a PITA.
