lol
I think if they were the same truck, it would have a Ford logo on it as well. Mazda released the B-series to compete with trucks like ours. They may have similar features, but arn't close to the same truck

Actually, the Ranger and B-Series are mechanically the same. If you look under the hood of any '94 or newer B-Series, there are Ford logos stamped on just about everything. There are cosmetic differences though and the grille is one of them. Grilles are not interchangeable between the Ranger and B-Series.

I'd be careful about buying cheap grilles off eBay. I know someone who did for his Ranger and the fit is terrible. They did not send him the wrong grille or anything, the craftsmanship is just very poor.

pacodiablo thank you. FORD owns MAZDA the ranger and b series trucks are the same the grill might be diffrent but when you pop the hood it all says ford it was made at a ford plant. on the inside you cant even tell its a mazda other than the few things that say it i even called ford and asked them they are the same

the grills look almost the same look at them same shape size i dont know why one would not work

I've never looked at mazda's besides one a friend had, and it was nothing compared to my ranger.. too many problems to list, and was totally gutless
he had a 3.0 4x4 or something of the likes, and my 4.0 4x2 pulled that thing all over the field... except the swamp, a 4x2 without even LS is basically useless in anything like that

SIMPLY PUT: yes the Ranger and B-Series are similar but their grills are not alike:
1999 B-Series

1999 Ranger

after looking all over ebay, the link i posted above is the only grille i could find, period!
