ive been lookin at a lexus is300 for the past week i almost bought it on friday until i looked at it closely and saw the drivers side fender had been repainted and new headlight on the driverside so it was in a wreck. I have been lookin for a new car now for a little while but then my parents said they dont want me having a car payment while in college so my dad since he doesnt drive far to work he would take my truck and ill take his 40mpg scion xb. Its an 06 with 50k he bought it new and bought the extended warranty so its covered for awhile. Im not going to rice it out but its gona look sick i guarantee that and oh i still have the mustang so i dont care how slow the xb is

 

xb= xtra boxy... sorry to hear, but imho, its one of the ugliest cars i've ever seen. the other Scions aren't too bad though.

4x as better gas mileage then my truck.
I can actually drive people when i go places.
When i go into the city i can park anywhere.
and did i mention it gets 35-40mpg???

 

oh yea no doubt! i got a friend with one of them, he says the same thing. 35-40 mpg is awesome, but i don't care much about gas anyways.

quit hatin lol, my bro had one that had the enkei optional wheels and bass tube and stuff, i liked it, 40mpg is pretty sweet too

You know, I drive my friends XB and I love the thing. It's pretty well made for the price and has a lot more options then my truck did for the same price. I'm not going to say it's pretty but I've done 105 in it on the way home from concerts and it sticks to the highway nicely.

But no seriously... I've seen some decent xBs. Congrats for sure. I don't think they are nearly as bad as Honda Elements.

 

ya i have to say it drives like my jet ski

so for my list ive got projection headlights, HID coversion, LED tails, new rims/wheels, sound system overhaul. Im not gonna mess with the engine cuz i dont want a rice burner sound.
