So I put my truck up on the lift today and started looking into everything. I am the 2nd owner of this truck and want it in tip top shape, as I will be running this to it either rusts out on me or just quits....It's staying for a long time. I found in the rear that i need drums, shoes and hardware, wheel bearings, axle seals and new axles the seals wore a deep groove and i dont feel like sliding the seal back anymore, Shocks at all corners, four new tires, ball joints, CV joint cut in boot, and grease my slipyoke.

Id also suggest getting leaf spring shackles, ford builds them with bad metal and its a common rust place...I had to replace mine

Get your MOOG upper control arms, lower and upper ball joints, rear shackle mounts and shackles from rockauto.com. BEST PRICES HANDS DOWN.

All around ball joints and arms was $202. Cheapest anywhere.

Shackle mounts were $15 a piece and the shackles come in a kit of 2 for $35. I got my shackles at AZ since they were the same price there.
