ranger parts question

how many parts off a 94 ranger will be interchangeable with 98 ranger

Some of the sheet metal.

Power train, electrical, interior, and front end body all changed.

Engines can be used but the sensors and harness needs to be swapped for a 98+ setup.


Im not sure what your looking to do. More info and we can point you in a better direction.

well i need the rear end was told that i could switch out rear axle assembly and i was wonderin about the front drive shaft and the hub bearings to start with maybe fenders

rear axle should be no problem as long as it has the sensor in the top. it should. not sure about the front drivetrain. the front fenders will not. they changed shape around the corner light in 98. only sheet metal that will swap is the bed and doors.

98+ front drive shaft, diff and suspension are completely different. Virtually nothing directly interchanges with the 94.

front suspension is a definite no... i beams vs. control arms
