those straight 6's are torquey little motors. you prob will get towed. but theres a lot of factors that can change the outcome.

me and my buddie did this alredy, the had a jeep xj 4.0L i have the 3.0L both in 4x4L on a dirt road. we both started pulling and we both didnt go anywhere. Until i started to cut the wheels back and forth then i pulled him down the road. o and we were both stock.

 

Lets see if anyone posts the Taco vs Ranger video. You know since it is an accurate way of seeing what vehicle is better.

i got a 76 F-100 with the 390fe that was stock and it was not fast by any means its got 3.54 gears 4spd on 285/75/16. Now i have flat pistons rv cam 4bbl holley and headers and its still not fast, it will out do a dakota with the 3.8L but thats it

 

stomp on the gas and cut the wheel lol that MIGHT work a bit haha

I've had circles run around my F100 by a 82 toyota pickup. i had way more power than he did but his truck handled the conditons better. i pulled a 80 blazer on 35's with my old ford on pavement but only because i had a manual and could drive
