gen3 lowering help. PLEASE

OK.... so ive posted on another forum and cant find an answer. so HOPEFULLY someone here can help.
94 xlt 4cylinder regular cab 40,000 Miles.. looking to do a mild drop. ordered 3" leaf springs and about to order front coils. looking to level it out.
because my 94 sits so high in the back airbagit recommended a 1/3 drop to level it out. true?? also have heard because its a 4cyl. its lighter so wont get a full 2 with belltech.
does anyone have a 1/3 drop?
do folks do a 2inch difference on this generation?.
NOT looking to cut springs, flip hangers or drop3/5.
thanks soooo much for input.
(posted here because more people here rather than lowering section) sorry

Sound like a plan to me. 2 inch springs with a 3 inch drop leaf will be perfect. In high school I did 2 inch drop hangers on my Splash to level it. Then later after I got my money up, I put the DJM 3'' beams on it.
