is it really worth it
is it really worth it
I was looking at the website "stuffforyourranger.com" and i was looking at the scan gauge II. It looks like it does quit abit but i didnt know if it was worth it. also the screamin demon coil does that work that good? I have a 2004 4.0 5 speed with 33's
i have the scan guage, i like the info it gives, i use it in both my vehicles, like to see my current mpg, so i can maintain the best fuel efficiency possible...i will eventually go more in depth and learn more of the capabilities of it...
Just an FYI, Scan gauge is a little behind. They've been shipping my orders straight to the customer one at a time while I sit and wait for my stock order. It hasn't effected anything past 3 or 4 days. My stock order is supposed to ship this week.
I like mine. BTW, Mod Bargains was running a sale on them a few weeks back. I am not sure if they are still offering the $10.00 off and free shipping but you may want to check. I think that the coupon code was "scan."
Where were you planning on mounting it?
Nevermind. Don't get it. If you need extra cable just use Ethernet cable.

the extra cord is good if you move the scan gauge back and forth to another vehicle. If it's gonna stay put there is no reason to have it.
A good example is a buddy needs to erase a code in his vehicle. If you have your cord routed out of the way you probably don;t want to pull the cord out of your truck. You can unhook the scan gauge from the cord and use the second cord to plug it in your buddies vehicle.
