Rear Window Replace

I am going to replace my rear slider window on my 1997 stepside with a regular flat window. Can anyone tell me how the window installs and if I will need to replace the gasket?

Thanks Steve

Thanks for the link but that is only good for a 98 and newer ranger. It looks like from the part numbers that they used the same rear windiw and gasket from 1983 to 1997. It is odd that they would keep the same window when they switched bodys but Ford says they are the same part number. I still need to know how to take this window out. I think it may just push out

I believe you have to take the inner body panels off, to expose the edge of the window. Of course, you could just break the window, make it easier to replace... also, you should replace the gasket.
