i put 25k on the stock pads. okay whatever. then got these duralast ceramics and they have only lasted for about 8k miles. idk not impressed. can i take them off and take them into autozone and explain my problem and get new ones under warranty? someone said I can do that. You should be able to. My brothers mustang had the same problem and he kept taking them back for like 2 years. As long as they have a warranty you should be able to get new ones.

I'm rocking the cheap duralasts too. Maybe 10k on them. Haven't had any problems yet.

I would take that **** back. If they give you a refund or new pads, great. If not, you can leave them there on the counter and tell them how bad they suck etc etc... I dunno, i would kinda pissed if my brakes only lasted 8k

I was gonna buy a set of ceramic pads for my Ranger. The salesperson told me he bought a set for his Ranger and he had problems with them. He talked me out of buying a set for mine. I ended up buying the semi-metallic ones for my truck.

There's your problem. You bought ceramics. I bought the Duralast "Gold" pads and they are good.

Ive had ceramics on my truck for 2+ years. IDK if they were yoyozone or advance. They don't wear much. Im thinking they are eating the Chinese pot steel rotors I got.
