removing bed rail caps

hey guys i wanna remove my bed rail caps so i can paint them. how do you remove them? its a stepside bed so they are separate from the bedliner. thanks.

there should be what looks like bolt head caps...i think theyre screwed on and those stupid clips similar to whats on the bumper step pad

Oh ok I figured it out. They little snap on caps then torx bit
