Some one backed in to my truck! luckily there was no damage to the truck but they destroyed the Hella 500's in front of the grill. now i get to try and find out who did it and make them buy me a new set, lucky for me there is a little bit of tan paint that scuffed onto one of the lights.

yeah they do suck at my college the parkinglot by the main building is too small for all the people so they have some field lots but with all the rain and snow they closed them so its nearly impossible to find a spot

 

the high school i went to started putting cameras in a few places.. a couple in the parking lot, a few by the doors inside..

by the time i graduated they were everywherreeee.. And the ones in the parking lot could see a license plate at a quarter mile.

 

after texting a few people i found the person who did it. he is going to buy me a new set of lights. he said he didn't feel it, i believe him because he was driving a suburban and it only hit the lights so he must not have hit it hard.

actually its a 4A. so there are about 1900students and at least 800cars in the parking lot. i just talked to a few friends and asked who parked around with a tan colored rig me after i went to class...

 

My truck got hit with ball bearings shot from a sling shot in my college parking lot by a drunken dorm mate. I would have kicked his *** but he's much bigger than I am!

 

size isn't an excuse. the pen is mightier then the sword.

 

2 years ago my truck got hit by the guy mowing the grass at the school. His bright orange paint from the mower gave it away. They apparently didn't notice, or didn't feel like stopping. I noticed it, and had to call them up to report it. Ended up being quite a hassle.

 

That's when a call to the police for a hit and run is in order.

Especially when the sword is drunk. lol

 

i hate school parking lots. at my school whites are the minorities...its all broskis and such...i always park inbetween two people from my class that i always get there after them and leave before them...there is atleast one accident a day usually between a lexus and a cadillac with spinners or a 1983 honda and a 1985 monte

 

i would beat the crap out of anyone who i saw keying ANY car

honestly, i would grab them, beat them, pull out their wallet and take their id (give the wallet back) then phone the police... when they show up, and go at you for assault, you say you were making a citizen's arrest for malicious destruction of property or vandalism... and he wouldn't stop resisting... you have their id so if they run you can still identify them, and show the police who they are... believe it or not, if they run away, it gives you more legal rights to beat them, as running is resisting arrest... i don't know the laws in the states but...

in canada, the section that applies is "Any one may arrest without warrant a person whom he finds committing an indictable offence" an indictable offence is the type of punishment that can be served to a person found guilty, there are also dual procedure, which are to be treated as indictable, in canada, vandalism is dual procedure... as for the use of force, a private citizen may use as much force as is necessary to effect the arrest
