Seat belt retractor(?)

I have just about had it with my drivers side seat belt.

I try to put it on and it wont come out far enough to let me clip it in. it stops and if i try to lean forward it stops. some time i have to take it off let it all the way retract then pull it back out again. very frustrating!

What is the Seat belt warranty? I was thinking it was longer but I am prolly still out of getting it fixed for free.

Anyone else get this problem?

Restraints warranty is 5yr/50,000mi, whichever comes first. There is a TSB fix for seat belts with "lazy" retractors but it sounds like your problem goes beyond that.

My 98 explorer had that same issue when I got it. I took it in after getting a ticket for not wearing it and they said there was nothing wrong with it.

im looking for some if zach doesnt want em.
mine do the same thing and the part that clips on doesnt move on the belt right, it gets stuck and the belt doesnt go in when you take it off.
