I have replaced the front 60/40 seat in my 2005 ranger super cab with a 2009 ranger 60/40 the wiring harness is different I am looking for help in connecting the the new seat up.{ wiring diagram }

Some of the wires in the new seat should be useless. you should only need 1 wire for the pretensioner, which is easiest of you keep the old buckle from your other seat and than just bolt it on to the new seat. The other wires are for the pressure sensor in the seat since there wasn't a manual airbag off switch offered in the newer models.

Easiest thing in your position would be to swap the pretensioners on the seats, that should make your truck happy.
