Will seats from a 2001 Ranger work in a 1996 Mazda B4000 or will the tracks need to be swapped? I am thinking about putting my seats in my grandfathers truck, since I broke his recline handle on the driver seat one day, and getting a set of new one for me.

We have 2 Capped Ranger in the driveway all the time, his is bone stock and mine isn't, Thank God.

yea they are a direct swap....tracks are the same...
