if my truck wasn't so new i'd buy a sport trac and swap all the parts over in a heartbeat.

the more i read the thread, the more i like the ST. however i can't get past the looks. those hooks on the bed, the bed and cab with how they meet. the front.

but reading brians' post, gets me thinking. sometimes 3 or 4 in my ranger is rough. doesn't happen often but still that extra room would be nice.

the extra room would be amazing. i've been looking at lifted sport tracs for the last 20 min lol

i'd love to swap all my parts over, including regeared axles and chop up the front bumper to make my tube bumper fit. ahhhh! i want to do it bad.

I like these fenders too...

A solid axle with 37s and 6-8" lift on something like that, mmmmmm..... Trim out the dark gray part of the bump on the bottom, replace it with a tube bumper, would be sick.

Haha no, just like Expos all sport tracs have rear discs. Since expos switched in like 95 or 95.

The only thing to beware with 01 Rangers and Expos is transmission issues. But since it is a 5 speed you should be fine.

You are wrong. I have seen a 2001 sport trac with drums. Otherwise, yes, Explorers switched in 95-96.

I like the looks of the 07+ ST even though you can do more with pre 07 because of the suspension differences... I just want the V8 4x4 and have 4 full doors
