stupid brakes

A few weeks ago i bought ford brake pads and had my rotors turned down at napa. Within 2 days I had brake squeal at low speeds. Now weeks later I have horrible squeal even at 45mph. All of the squealling is with light braking pressure. What gives this is irratating me. Thanks in advance.

no slamming on the breaks for the first 100 miles or so after installing new pads. I went to Auto Zone and bought some middle of the road pads for like $30

I tried not to but I live in the Chicago area and it is hard not to sometimes. IF they are glazed over could I take some sand paper over the pads?

according to my bendix stuff ur supposed to do several HARD stops from 30, 40, 50 mph to break in the pads.

did u install the anti-squeel backing? and make sure the rattle clip (if equiped) is in place?

I installed exactly what ford gave me, new pads and the springs to hold the pad to the caliper. My buddy told me it could of been when napa turned my rotors they left a cutting grooves in the rotors. I am looking for a way to fix this before I go out and buy new pads and rotors.
