Shaking hard at idle 3.0

Shaking hard at idle 3.0
2002 3.0
Truck suddenly started shaking a lot when in idle.
Seems a little excessive. I have a video here showing the engine shaking and lifting when I give it gas in drive. The angle is odd. I was trying to get a view of the driver side mount.
Do you think the mount is bad? Should it lift this much? I only notice the drivers side lifting, not the passenger side.
