so I sell it for 8500.. That is 1500 more than i owe on it.. take that 1500 and put it on my other loans, nock of some other debt.. Then i would have to either rent a car or find a ride into work every day....

what bank would loan out $8500 on a 2000 model vehicle. If he serious you would be a fool not to sale!

Do you actually have your truck posted for sale? I wouldn't do it unless you have another form of transportation lined up. a rental car will bleed you dry, but getting out of debt is very nice.

Prepare to miss it if you do, and have transportation issues.

rough decision....logically it makes sense to get out of debt. your not going to ever see 8500 bucks for that truck again im sure. it just depends on how much you value your truck. But i would, simply because u can easily buy a newer ranger with 8500 or a used f-150.

IMO No, do you really want to be held down with no vehicle? my guess is you would miss your truck and get another loan to replace it with another and go through the troubles of finding a decent used vehicle.. the 8500 just grabs your attention now but I doubt it would make you any better off in the long run

Thats a tough one. It sounds good but you will need a vehicle asap after the sale.
