Should I remove the hitch?

I feel like the gap between my bumper and hitch is making my rear end look bad so I am debating on whether to take the hitch off or not. Like always, my dad doesn't like my ideas of fixing it, so for now, I can either leave it like it is or take it off until the day I can get it fixed.

I don't use the hitch much but it is handy to have and I will miss my hitch cover as well....thanks.

I have a bodylift and a "Hidden Hitch" Brand hitch, and it doesn't hang down nearly that low, but still I think mine is too low. I would like to cut it and re-weld it up higher. I will get around to that this summer sometime

Uh, do you use it? If yes then I'd say you certianly shouldn't remove it! (duh!) Personally the hitch is 80% of why I drive a truck. Towing w/ the ol' VeeDub just didn't cut it..

I told him about getting it cut and rewelded and he didn't think it sounded safe. :\ I guess I can talk to my uncle and see what he can do with it at work.

You could probably mount that on top of the frame to compensate for the 3" body lift too
