That sounds like a horse walking down a cobblestone road.

I was going to do that on mine, but you'd have to route it under the gas tank. I don't need my exhaust riped off, so I just went out the back corners.

I have a Flow 40 SI SO on my 3.0 and it's great, perfect tone, doesn't drone (normal road noise overpowers it) and rumbles great. Not too loud, but I didn't want loud, I wanted tone and I got it.

As for side exit exhaust it can be done with a bl, I have a bl of 3" and I just did the exhaust after the lift, as for both sides, you have to worry about the gas tank, so it gets real complicated!!

I thought if you run true dual from the headers you could do it? cause you wouldn't have to worry about crossing over from the passenger side.

I meant it can be done on BOTH sides with a body lift and still look pretty clean, my buddy did it on his 92, looked pretty mean.

Is your truck taking a wizz in that rock???

What Does a Flowmaster sound like on a 3.0? I wanna make mine sound a lil meaner, but I don't want it to sound like a 4 banger honda. I want a nice mellow sound. No popping or rasppy sound. Ya know...kinda like what a 5.0 Stang with flows sounds like. I know....i have a V6, it's not gonna sound like that. I am just giving you an idea about what I am looking for. I think I will leave mine in the stock location.

Depends on which series Flowmaster you get. The first Flowmaster I had was a 50 series, single in/single out (2.5") I believe. Had a beautiful mellow sound to it. It sounded awesome, it just wasn't loud enough for me. So I sold that and bought an Original 40 series, single in/dual out (3"), and it was a loooot louder. Very aggressive sounding, very deep and mean.

I know a lot of you aren't into the pre-runner look... and I know this guy's truck is sitting at a really extreme angle... but I kinda like his exhaust...

oh... and he's got LT up front... but that's besides the point...

Honestly I wouldnt want a hot exhuast pipe by my plastic gas tank even if there is room to do it.

I dumped mine.. My old Gibson I had it exiting duals behind the rear wheel and it sounded amazing I miss that exhuast..
