dang......if you were concerned about fuel milage, i bet your new VW will get about the same as the Ranger since it has the 1.8 turbo........i like them...they are quick.....does yours have the traction control?

I don't understand trading the truck for a car, but I hope you got what you wanted.

I was thiking about getting one of thos before the truck, nice quick little car. I intend on selling my truck in about 2 years give or take and getting an IS300. I need the 4 doors but I want the classiness of the lexus and the sportiness of the IS series. My truck is a stock height 2wd xlt so it's like having a car right now anyway that has limited seating and crappy handling and slow as ballzack

A friend of mine has a 1.8t and he's put a few bucks into it. It's a nice quick car and gets good mileage. Not my cup of tea, but you certainly could have picked something worse! You certainly got a good deal on your truck!

How about some pictures?

Nah, my Honda makes more than double what a stock 1.8t makes and I still knock down 26 plus in the city as long as I am not driving like an idiot.

Congrats man, enjoy it. My wife wanted one for a while but I couldn't bring myself to trade in her old 2002 Mustang GT for it.

I traded my 01 Edge on an 04 SVT Focus. I came back from that flop...
I will never own ONLY a car ever again. Maybe a car as a second car...but never without a truck...

Jason, You know why people keep mentioning roll cages? Because it pisses you off. Ignore them...

Those are nice cars, the 1.8T is a good lil engine and gets good mileage. the new 2.0T is even better :) I test drove the new GTI, its a FUN little car, much better than the new SI.
