Need opinions on this bed

It looks like it has hail damage, which in some cases can be removed pretty easily. Its something a half decent body man could pick out and then fill the low spots to be smooth again.
The only thing that its troublesome is the front part of the bed, where the flat bottom meets the front part, that is THE most common spot for rust to start. Take a good look there if you want show quality.

Cut the frame and leave the bed mounted on it so i can use it as a trailer!
It doesn't look bad but if you plan to stay flareless to match the front fenders, the filling of the holes may get expensive.
get a rough quote from a reputable body shop not a cheap one
ok wow, only 1 side had a flare? WTF
