Squeaking front end

I have a 2002 ford ranger that squeaks a ton when I'm going over small bumps and will also squeak when I'm turning sometimes. Very loud and annoying. Anyone know what this might be? Thanks

Tie rod ends _ upper lower ball joints ?
With the truck parked, push down on each front fender as hard as you can and listen.

ok, I did that but no squeaking at all. It does have a 6 inch body lift it though.

I need help on my 1993 ford ranger

Im haveing differental problems any one know anything about differentals what parts are best can i even put a LSD on this 1993 ranger or is there anything better i have 32 inc tires and my deff sounds like its grindeing and made a hole in my deff cap any one that can help?
