Stake pockets and rail caps on 02

Stake pockets and rail caps on 02
Looking for someone with a stepside without the bed rail caps to give me some measurements. My truck has the rail caps without the pop out plugs over the stake pockets. I have a bed liner in the way also that isn't helping the cause.
The measurements I need are...
1. Legnth, width, and depth of stake pockets.
2. Distance from cab and tailgate ends of the bed to the center of the stake pockets on said ends. So I will know where to cut the rail caps.
Additional info. that would be helpful...
1. PLEASE tell me the stake pockets already have holes drilled into the sides of them.
2. Pics of you measuring would be REALLY great.
