Icon7 Status of the B4K.....

Hey guys, just as Jordan did (english15x), I'd like to formally introduce myself, and my truck. I'm Steve, 19, a sophomore at Kutztown University, and a full-time cook at Freindlys Restaurant. I love my truck more than anything and I figured I'd share some photos of it, since the only photos I have on here are of my cracked frame and my LED 3rd taillight. Reason for the tailgate being off, is I'm installing the RECON Line of Fire Bar. Just haven't gotten to it yet, as I got called in to work early and didnt have time to install it :( anyway, it should be on within the week. Hope you enjoy the pics!

how hard was it for you guys to remove the mazda and se emblems ... that looks really good ... im digging the color matched bumper on the red one too.

glad to see you got your frame fixed, i thought your truck was totaled when i seen the other thread

i got a 99 b2500 2wd dark green ... so far all ive done to it is tint the windows and put my system in it. Came with a shorty antenna, alarm w keyless, sweet shiftknob, and a bedliner.

Mine were just stickers and since I have nails I just picked(pealed) them off, I am doing the same thing with the pinstirpes. Easy way is just some Goo Gone.
But if you are talking about the B3000 emblem, I don't know how to get that off.

kyle, what do you do at friendlys? im a cook. it blows big time =(

cameron, i know i am. i just got 275 miles to the tank and i havent had the tailgate on for this tank of gas. i pumped 14 gallons into it so i had 4 gallons left. so, im not doing THAT bad. 19 mpg for a 4.0 SOHC 4x4 with an emissions leak and no tailgate is good. lol. but thanks for the ehads up i know what your saying.

melt- not hard at all. i bought a rubber spin ball for my cordless drill, takes the SE emblems/pinstripes right off.

billy bob- thansk dude, yellow edge's are my personal favorite. so, nice truck right back at ya!

yeah, now that its off I realize I didn't need to. But I still have to order 4 new bolts from Ford bc the bolt that the passenger side cable is held by, snapped in half. And the bolt on the lower left is threaded. So once I get those in, I'll put the RECON on and then the tailgate. I'm thinking of replacing all the bulbs in the rear of the truck w/ LEDs to math the RECON and my 3rd brake light too.
