Steering Wheel Adapters?

Does anyone know of any steering wheel adapters or quick disconnects that would fit on a 92 ranger?

Check your local parts store. They'll hook you up with a Grant steering wheel adapter kit.

Grant 4288

Been looking for that for awhile myself. Grant part number is 4288. But there is a problem with that. All the 4288 (3 of them) I've tried and all of Summit Racing stock have a hub without splines. All models of Ford from 1992 to at least 2011 use the same upper shaft with splines. Can't get answers from Grant and can't say when the snafu happened, but suspect 3288 and 4288 were consolidated and all the hubs were without splines. Hope someone has solved this act of stupidity and can offer some help.
