ok really...3-4 feet....MAYBE if it was asphalt underneath.....go walk out to ur truck with a tape measure and look at how deep 4ft is...i doubt u went through 4 ft....even 3ft is 3 inch's over your tires if u have 33's...now on a stock s10 id say ur tires are about 30's....so ur talking 1/2 a foot to a 1.5 FEET of water over you tires...id say 4ft would easily be level with the bottom of ur windows if not higher....i call bs.....in my truck i went through 3 feet of water once and it scared the **** out of me....and my cab filled with water...3 feet is about 1/4 if the way up my doors and i have a 4 inch lift on 32's...

You sir are correct!

Also im down in youngstown we gotta meet up one day at summit or something since i like to adventure up there.

HAHA I know my sh*t man. Any who, that would be great. I am really starting to like this "Ranger Community" thing. Playing on Xbox Live with the guys on here has been a blast.

Since I live two blocks from Summit Racing I'm always at the shows and what not. I have NO problem meeting and hanging with people. I'm usually at home anyway, working on my truck.

I would love to have people contact me when they come up this way to go to Summit. Truckfest is in September :smirk:

my truck is mechanically stock. no body lifts, no other doodads except tires... my truck sits at its stock height - 4.0 4x4 open rear...

i have done some moderate offroading with it, nothing to severe. be sure to have someone with you however cause if you get stuck and no one is around you are phucked lol..

Every time I get stuck it is because I see a stock 4x4 do it than I think "well I got a little lift, better tires, and limited slip, heck I can make..." 2 minutes later I'm flagging the 4x4 down to come pull me out. Morale of the story is

Stockish to mildly built 2wd = Muddy dirt roads, and some ditches that aren't steep.

4x2s are not helpless off road, it just depends how much off the road you are.

I dunno, Griggs didnt seem to have too much trouble with his 2wd. Alot of it comes from the skill of the monkey behind the wheel.
