Strange squealing when engaging clutch w/ vid

Hey all, brand new member here, so not sure if this is the right place to post this. proud owner of a 2008 Ranger with some quirks so you’ll see me here and there.

Just for reference about a year ago I had the master and slave cylinders replaced due to a soft clutch which eventually led to the slave going out. We also replaced the clutch.

Hopefully the vid will work so you can hear what’s wrong. I’ll give it gas, bring the clutch to it’s grabbing point and something starts not only a squeal but a weird rattling as well until the clutch is released. The sound only happens when accelerating from a stop and sometimes up shifting to 2nd if I’m not careful. It’s especially hard to avoid if I have to launch quickly. Very frustrating because I have to slip the **** out of my clutch to avoid the noise or crawl super slow till I release the clutch. I also noticed a couple days ago the clutch is going a little soft again. Looked up and down google and can’t find anyone else with this problem.
