stupid dealership!!!!
Credit unions FTW, I never will trust the dealer finance department. Even when they were offering 0% interest I could always find a way to save money going through my credit union. Dealer financing sucks. That being said, buying a car on a loan sucks even worse! Never again.
I took my Dodge home for a week before I bought it. It was nice, I got a couple things fixed that were gunked up from sitting fixed before I was responsible for repairs.

yes they do... I like to flip flop back and forth to see who can give me the lowest financing then I go with my own bank and it pisses the dealer financing guy off haha
i believe that only have to sell it as used IF the title was changed to have him as the first official owner. If not, then they can still sell it as a new vehicle... more specifically, a dealer demo IIRC
I know chryslers that were drivin as demos could only be drivin to 4500 miles and they got a sticker on the window saying they were quality tested.
As long as they are never registered they can still be sold as new regardless of age or miles granted no smart person would buy it at full price

Not if the deal was closed and from what he said it wasnt......like the above post dealers are allowed certian amount of miles on vehicles to make them a program or demo car..they are able to knock a lil off price and give you a 36k warr or whatever the manufacturer offers from the mileage on the car...ex. if a dealer offers a 36k bumper to bumper and you buy a program/demo that has 3k on it, then you get a warr. that goes to 39k its still a 36k warr. just startin at the 3k mileage on the car.
