just kidding a ranger. i got a thing in the mail that west herr wants to possibly buy my ranger... so, ill play their game and see what they offer. if they can swing a decent deal that wont increase my current payment by no more than $30 i may have a new 2006 fx4.... otherwise, ill have my 04.... even tho i dont like the front ends on the new rangers, if i were to get one, that grill and bumper would be the first to go.

ya, something like that. I know what my truck is worth, I know what I would want for it, and I know what my perspective vehical is worth due to past sales at the dealer.... so they aint gonna rail road me at all. besides, as it stands as of right now, i like my truck better than any of their new ones.

 

mine was paid for the day i took mine home. $7900 brand new in 04, thats after the Manuf rebates and my trade in.

FMD - I like the 06 grills (when it matches the paint on the truck) but i dont like the chrome ones

thats great...just dont fall for the "we will pay off your current car if you buy a new one BS" because they just add the current balance from your old car to the new payment so if you owe 3k on the one you have now they will add that to whatever the new one costs

 

They dont really want to buy your truck, they send those things in the mail to everyone. I think ive got about five in the last year on a couple different cars i have. Just trying to get you in to buy a new one.

 

welp i went there today.. got my free umbrella.... talked to the sales rep that sold my truck initially, he told me, and i quote "you would be a complete idiot to trade it in now" heh thats why i like him no bs and straight to the point. i owe like 4k on the lease... tho, i think ill prolly keep it unless they offer me some sweet *** deal.
