Tow Hitch Bent

I got a tow hitch today for free. the two parts that go up to the frame are bent. what is the best way to bend them straight again? or should i just cut the sides off and get some new ones welded on?

both sides are bent to the right about 3 inches, the part with the tongue is straight as an arrow just the 2 sides are bent

Heat them up to a dull red and straighten them. If you do it cold they can/will/may fracture and break under load.
