Can I install 05 bumper on 99 ranger?
Can I install the 2005 ranger bumper on a 99 without a mod??

You will need the '05 mounting hardware but other then that yes you can.

just the mounts that go on the bumpe itself. the brackets from bumper to frame are different on the 01+ bumpers. but the frame mounts are the same so theres no modding.

There is two on each side you will need for that bumper. One bracket bolts to the frame horn, and one bolts to the corner of the bumper on each side.

Mounts should be on the bumper. Should be bolt on. I have an 06 bumper and it dropped right on.
