Truck Updates/Fixes... w/ PICS.
so ive been done with my SAS for a bit.. just getting it all squared away... the calipers were sticking on the eb d44 and werent releasing the pads all the way from the rotor... so it caused my rotor to overheat and CRACK!!

so replaced the rotor, pads, and caliper..
also did some new warn manual locking hubs

also, finished my mud flaps.. 2 inch ID square tubing welded to the bottom of my bumper.. then each flap is mounted on a 2 in OD square tubing.. the mud flap can slide into the bumper and then a retaining clip goes through.. i can just take the flaps right off when i get to the trail!!

heres a couple quick pics of the front of the truck. had to put on those stupid bushwacker fender flares to keep the state patrol off my butt! (dont need another ticket for that!!!)

here is a quick interior shot of my camo hedliner and seat covers
heres a bumper sticker my friend got my at a gun show

and just for funn.. heres a pic of my truck the day i got it!

whats with the huge mud flaps? its not just you, i was out in arizona a couple weeks ago and every 3/4 ton had them and it looked BAD on every single truck. is there some kind of point to them or what?

the reason for the huge mud flaps is cause the washington state patrol seems to HATE lifted trucks!! and my tires do stick out of the fenders still, even with the flares.. so i figure if i put on a nice big flap they will appreciate it and give me some slack on the tires! i have to go up and down I5 from seattle to corvallis for school all next year and state patrol is everywhere!!!

the coils.. uhh.. ranger frame and buckets + full width eb d44 = bowed coils!
the frame is skinnier than the coil perches.. very common with SAS..
next step is to grind off the old ranger buckets and weld on the bronco coil buckets spacing them appropriatly out so the coils are vertical
