I’m wondering if I can run the two piece control arm on my driver side. The reason to do this is because the two piece design is longer then the one piece which gets ride of the camber, if possible lmk.

I don't think so, as the I believe the ball joints are not centered on the arm, which would through your caster way out and could
not be aligned.
If you are unaware, the 2 piece on the passenger side can be replaced with a one piece arm. I did this on my '99 and had
no problem getting an alignment with installed camber kits.
