I have an issue with my brakes. Pedal is hard up top, in the middle its spongy and at the bottom its hard but at that point it's at the floor. Sounds like a master cylinder, like fluid getting past the secondary seal allowing vacuum to draw out fluid? I have no external leaks. I got a new master, bench bled it and bled all 4 corners The symptom still exists. Could it be the booster? Recent work to the brakes was everything new in the rear except cables (shot) Rotors cut up front and new pads.

EDIT:: Issue was found. it is not the booster or master. Oh well now i have a new master that i cant return if anyone wants to buy it. The issue is that when i did the rear brakes i never did cables. Well when i took it to the dealer to have the fan done they must have applied the parking brake causing it to lock. I need to replace everything in the rear yet again.

 

Didn't you just replace the master cylinder? I'm having a hard time following what the hell your doing and what you've done when you have 3 seperate threads for the same problem. I did a google search for ya, this seems like it could answer your questions.
